Is it true driving examiners can only pass a certain amount of people a day? i just failed for nothing!?

I failed cos the guy was a ****! I was in the wrong lane, so I moved to the right 1, did it properly, checked blind spot, indicated etc, and he marked it as serious! Should have been a minor at most! Then I stalled at a junction, got the car going straight away again but he marked that as a serious too! Was totally unfair! I'm so angry!
