What is wrong with my daughter?

She is driving us nuts! Are all teenagers so inconsiderate and rude? We have been battling her for years about simple things such as brushing her teeth and showering if my wife doesnt say anything she will go days with out doing either! She thinks she is smarter than anyone to the point she will not listen to teachers and makes all Fs. She is almost 17 but she is lost in fantasy land. She will lie in bed for days reading Anime crap then want to dress like japanese cartoon characters. She has no friends and it has gotten to the point that in our small town she is known as the "wierd" girl. She has no problem being rude to ANYONE but when someone corrects her she sits down in the floor and crys! EVEN AT SCHOOL!! She lives in her own world where she is queen and everyone else is a peasant. This morning 10 minutes before time to leave for church she starts cooking ramen noodles then comes through with a pair of chopsticks saying she was going to eat them on the way. Noodle soup. in a car. while riding down the road in church clothes WITH CHOPSTICKS!
