Umm. Help me with Phobias?
The term for fear of the dark is nyctophobia and the fear of water is hydrophobia a good way to deal with this is to actually do these things sit down under the dark and star gaze with a friend or loved one holding u and face ur fears then ur brain will adjust to the situation and longer make your adrenal gland shoot adrenaline through your veins (adrenaline is that surge of energy u get from fear) also you won't produce fear hormones while in the dark for water do the same sit there for an hour in the water nothing will hurt u either way so if u stay long enough u will adjust to the situations and overcome ur fears :)
