Is a Kenwood KAC-8104D 1000-Watt Max Power Class D Mono Power Amplifier a good amp?

I have a chance to buy 2 memphis fs 12s and a kenwood KAC-8104D 1000 watt for 200 dollars subs in box...is this worth it and are the subwoofers and amp good quality pieces of equipment...otherwise will they be heard outside my truck when i drive by people?
