Do most German or Austrian women not shave their armpits?

in the past, say within 5 years, the women I've met from either of the aforementioned countries did not choose to shave their armpits. I asked several of them after learning they shaved their legs and sometimes their **** why they did not include their arms in their grooming practices. They said because it was sexy and they felt it added excitement to their partners discovery of them. I'll admit, it did.
