Why wasnt Lennon sacked last night?

What the hell was that gesture at the end of the match all about? The guy is an idiot, im sure we all agree on that, but surely he cant have forgotten what has happend to him lately? The moron has a partner and child at home yet the **** decides to do something that could provoke some phsyco and put them in danger!!
