What's this movie called?

a little boy who is a robot and has a robotic teddy bear friend accidentally drowns his "mother's" other son then goes to a place where they are killing other robot people and then he is looking for this guy to answer his questions or something and at the end of the movie it's really far in the future but he's still alive because he's a robot
