Need major major help please! (girls and guys)?

Okay so basically it's the march break (Canada) and im in Cancun with my family for the week. When I got here I met this super cute girl and at first I thought I blew it because I acted like a shy ****. But anyways we started talking a bit more and today we went for a walk/swimming on the beach and when we were in the water she was very clingy grabbing onto me and stuff and she came pretty close, and then she started kissing me. But then she said sorry I have to go? What does that mean? Because I think I really like her and I found out she doesnt live too far from me but does that mean she doesnt like me? help
