Should I accept the guy who likes to tease and disturb my friends?

There's a guy who likes me, and I like him too. But I just acted like i dont really like him. He's nice and sweet to me in text, but at the school he's not as sweet as he is in the text. He likes to tease my friend. Just now, he just called my friend fat ****, big calves and etc. He also asked my friend " how's your boyfriend's cock tastes like?" my friend just broke up with her boyfriend, so that question really offend her up. When ECA time, he was at the upstairs and me and my friends are at the downstairs. He had a huge fight with one of my best friend, and he and his friends spat at my bestfriend. I never thought that he will did that cause he's so freaking nice to me ! Should I just ignore him or should I just act normally?
