Can i buy MP 15-22 in australia? if so, would i be able to use Z rounds? i want it to be super quiet.possible?

deciding between semi auto .22 or bolt action.. looking between the CZ 542 FS and the smith and weeson MP 15 - 22 .... HELP! which is best? scope wise and grouping etc..
