I need a confidence shot after what hes done im begging for help pleeeeeeeeese?

I don't know whether he will regret what he's done, but believe it or not it doesn't matter. You are the only one who can rebuild your confidence. Truly (and I really hope this makes you feel better), you have done absolutely nothing wrong. He's the one who made you feel bad. Whether he intended to or not is another matter, but truth is you've been destroyed by what you've heard him say. My only advice to you is to move on as best you can. You will find a guy who really likes you back...I can't say when, but I can say that it will happen. Try to forget about him, spend more time with your friends and those who make you feel better about yourself, live life to the full and make the most of your hobbies, and most of all show him (through your confidence and actions) that he made a big mistake by choosing someone other than you.
