I have just started my second stimulated IVF cycle using a different method to last time?

Can anyone tell me why my FS has chosen Syranel nose spray this time and if it is better than the Gonal F??? What side effects do they have ? Has anyone had success with the Syranel more so than the Gonal F? Any feedback is appreciated.
