Girls are mad confusing. Help?

I got this girl I like a lot. But she already said she didn't like me like I like her but we should be friends. She even said I'm a great friend. which is fine cuz we don't hang out too often but we're trying to. I've been trying to hang out with her but it seems like nothing works. Like today, she said she would and I kinda ditched my other friends to see her. I was so happy! She said she was asking her mom. I tried texting her and saying "if today doesn't work, you could come over Monday. Were having a party and I can invite people" but she didn't respond. I asked on FS what she was doin Monday but she said stopp. I asked stop what but she said nothing. I'm asking what's wrong she doesn't respond. So yeah what should I do at this point? Could her mom have said something to piss her off? I've talked to her mom and she seem to like me. but she's like always at the bar. Not getting drunk, just socializing and drinking so there's nothing like abuse going on at home I know.
