Do our US cousins watch the UK comedy TV show 'Little Britain', and if so what do you think of it?

I've seen it a few times, and I've enjoyed it, but you're right about it being a bit repetitive. As for the tall one, it's hard to say what his gender preference is. He might be putting on a gay act as part of his character.
